We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your bike rental reservation. To ensure fairness to our customers and our business, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made more than 4 hours prior to the rental start time will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the rental start time will not be eligible for a refund.

3. If you need to reschedule your rental, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. In the event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Please note that failure to show up for your rental without prior notification will result in full charge of the rental fee.
